This project followed Chef Marilen during her culinary collaboration at Ristorante Alexander in Ravenna, Italy. Rather than simply documenting the finished dishes, I focused on the narrative behind the chef, her creative process, and the cultural exchange that brought the collaboration together.

I managed the project from early planning through to production and post-production, capturing the entire journey across Singapore and Italy. I delivered a standalone documentary film alongside an optimized library of social content and commercial photography. The final body of work captured the energy of the kitchen, the environments, and the collaborative spirit of the event.
